Description
The humimeter PMZ enables rapid inspection of pulp sheets directly in the stack, eliminating the need to remove individual sheets for moisture determination. This allows the water content to be determined within seconds during order picking, packaging, or goods receipt.
The device allows automatic averaging of whole books, deliveries, and batches. Immediately after inserting the double electrodes into the stacked sheets, the water content and temperature of the pulp are displayed.
The humimeter PMZ is suitable for various products, including pulp, dissolving pulp, long-fiber pulp, short-fiber pulp, hardwood pulp, softwood pulp, sulfite pulp, sulphate pulp, pulp bales, pulp plates, and pulp sheets.
Batch allocation can be performed directly on the device. Measurement data can be transferred via USB or Bluetooth using the LogMemorizer PC software and exported as a CSV file for integration into quality assurance systems.
