Description
The water activity meter offers a selection of different long-term stable sensors. Its range of applications includes measuring air humidity, determining relative material moisture using a material moisture sensor, and determining the water activity (aw value) in various foods.
The humimeter RH2 can also be connected to an infrared (IR) temperature sensor for remote, non-contact temperature measurement.
The humimeter RH2 handheld thermo-hygrometer measures relative humidity, absolute humidity, dew point, equilibrium moisture, aw value, and temperature.
